Small Question about combat

Can anyone tell me, without breaking NDA, if the action combat requires constantly pressing of the mouse button, or if you can just press and hold it? Just curious if this will need mouse flailing...

    You should type "Neverwinter" in Youtube and watch one of the many "First Looks" from last beta weekend. You'll learn a lot.
