$alute$ and G'day to all.

I am a mature Aussie with a good sense of humour looking for an Australian based guild.

I am a very experienced gamer who has played D&D based role-playing games and D&D Computer games since 1983.

If your guild is looking for a dedicated gamer who will put many hours into playing this game then please contact me.

However I do not associate with griefers, HAMSTER, trolls or troublemakers so I will only accept invitations from genuine Aussie gamers who are into having fun.

    There are a few Aus dedicated guilds around the place I've seen, but having been in a guild from DDO (I am one of the only Aussies), I'm sticking with them and leading our NWO chapter.     Thanks, for pointing me in the right direction.

    I played DDO for awhile, but I found LOTRO to be more my style of game. I'm hoping that this game isn't a repeat performance of DDO as from my point of view it was a bit of a flop. I'm a die hard fan of the entire NeveWinter nights series so I'm hoping that this game will be as good if not better than NWN.

    I enjoyed the first Beta weekend, and I'm optimistic about the long-term future of this game. It's quite different from DDO, but I think it'll be easier to tell after the next Beta weekend. Remember it's 4E, so it's quite different from all the others so far, Baldur's, Icewind, original NW and NW2, but check out some gameplay videos (there are plenty out there). Similar to NW2 of course, but more mmorpg'y :)

    I still play DDO, but I'm not enjoying the grind of multiple lives and I've achieved most of what I ever wanted to achieve. Foremost for me though is the campaign setting. Forgotten Realms is the clincher for me (and DDO does have some Forgotten Realms, but the overall story is pretty poor).
