Consistent/Persistent frozen game

I am in the Tower district, at and outside the Many-Arrows camp.

My character froze last night during the first few moments of an instance. I figured it may be lag as it was prime gaming hours, although I went from 5pm-10pm EST without one ounce of lag or rubberbanding issues.

Now I can only take a few steps before the gameplay completely freezes. This has persisted through multiple reloads and even taking the night off.

    Have you tried logging in with safe-mode from the options on the launcher and moving your character?
    Beta testing for donuts.

    Encountering the same issue, all morning long. Game is completely unplayable. I can't even remain unfrozen long enough to file a bug report. Safe-mode does nothing. Running on lowest graphic settings.

    Oh, and when I log back in, every time, my character is spawned underneath the ground plane. Unable to move. /killme is asking to become my bff.

    Still can't even log-in. The loading screen gets about to 95% completion and just freezes.
