Time out error when submitting a bug

I tried to report a bug but I received some sort of time out error message a few seconds later. I wasn't able to get the exact error because I was attacked by respawns and accidently closed it. I am not sure if the bug was recorded or not. The specific bug is that I amin a party for preying on the poor. We do not get credit for each other finding a stolen good item. However in seeking a suspect we do get credit for the other person finding a clue even though we are finding both in the same place - the tatters.

I am mainly posting this here because it appears my bug report failed.

    so far my point has been proven about whos doing the beta testing around here.

    It happens - you can try after sometime, however you can always post it in forums later with your feedback.

    and no i don't know that
