Can we get a refund for Founders packs?

Just wondering if i buy the hero founders pack and i really did not like the game or think it was worth it etc would we be able to get a refund without account termination or any other implications or arguments? so i could buy a lesser pack or none at all, thanks.

    Probably not. I do know that they are allowing you to upgrade from Guardian to Hero if you contact support but that may just be until the beta starts.

    But then again I suppose you could contest the charge on your credit card which is a whole nother pain in the <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>.

    Is this 100% confirmed? can you link where they say this? because ill buy guardian if i can see that this is possible for a fact.

    There is no Upgrade, however each Founder's Pack will stack, you can have up to one Guardian Pack AND one Hero Pack applied to a single account, but you can have as many Starter Kits applied as you want.

    As for contacting support to see if they will refund your Guardian and allow you to buy a Hero instead, you can try! Support link is up top the forums.

    That could result in permanent ban of your PWE account across all games, or even in your bank cancelling your card for abuse or putting a lock on it so it can't be used to pay for online purchases. I'd recommend just contacting support and sticking with it instead.
