Signatures

I read the FAQ and followed it exactly and I still cannot get my signature to show up, at least for me. Anyone else able to see it? Its sized right, file size is within range, placed the URL between the [sigpic] stuff, nothing.

Any help is appreciated.

EDIT: Naturally, as soon as I post, its working now...

    Actually the signature appears after you post a post after you place the signature. It doesn't come to your old messages

    At least thats what i think

    Yeah I have heard similar talk immediately after the forum were merged. But new post, saving signature twice or login out/logging in were solutions I believe.

    Yeah, after you attach it in the CP, there is a Show Signature button you must check once on a post for it to start showing up. After that it's checked all the time. Odd system, I must say. But it isn't retroactive, your right on that. Old posts won't have it.

    That's the one! I'll note on the FAQ you have to check "show your signature" under "Additional Options" for your next post. Thanks! Done.

    Good to know!
    I'd even forgot to hit the "Insert Signature" clicky, and the option to Show your signature wasn't there the first time I tried.

    All sorted now.

    Some of us may not have working sig pics. We may not be allowed to explain the proprietorial architecturial reason why, but if you are one of those (and you know if you are,) make an email ticket to customerservice@perfectworld.com and mention all things you can/can't access, and what happenes when you try to have your signature shown, as well as a screenshot of your edit signature page. If for some reason you can't access your PM/control panel, include that info in your ticket too.

    For now, I'm pulling the link url out of my pic box until this gets sorted.

    looking for a neverwinter sig generator,cant seem to find one in the usual places

    If by "neverwinter sig generator" you mean an official program to build a forum signature for you, I hate to disappoint but most of the signatures in the forum are home made by the owners displaying them. A lot of us, myself included, use the free graphics program called "Gimp" to make our forum sigs.
