Here are my wonderful pets!
This is my "Little Ra" when he was about 8 weeks old.
He's a Yule Baby, an orange tabby born on December 25th, 2006.
Here he is all grown up in 2009.
Here he is a couple months ago still a "baby" but a "big baby!"
Little Ra was named after his name-sake, the Egyptian God of the Sun, Re (aka Ra) for when I found him and adopted him, it was on a very sunny day during winter and when I saw him, it was in the only ray of sunlight beaming into the person's home I hot him from, shining directly down on him.

Here is Smokey, an adult female tom cat. We don't know how old she is, we took her in about 6 years ago when we found her hurt and wounded on our porch. Nursed her back to health and kept her. She was an adult when we got her, so she is at least 7 or 8 years old. She was named Smokey by us because when we were trying to find a name for her, we happened to say, she looks a "Smokey Charcoal" and she perked up as though hearing her name, so it stuck.
Here is my main fish tank, "Terra-Aqua," a cold freshwater fish tank housing 4 fancy goldfish.
Two of the residents, "Elminster" on the left an adult male 5" black moor and "Q" on the right is an adult (just) female fancy fan-tail .
Here are the other two, on the left is "Majesty" who is an adult male 6.5" fancy fan-tail and on the right is "Midnight" who is now an adult small 3" black moor.
Elminster and Midnight were named after their Forgotten Realms namesakes and are lovers (they bred, see below). Q is named after the Star Trek race. Majesty was acquired from a family friend when Queen Elizabeth II was celebrating her Diamond Jubilee, so I named him in honor of her.
Update: Just watched as Q laid a bunch of eggs.. guess that answers that, Q is female! Unfortunately, the Nursery Tank is still raising previous babies so this round of eggs will not be saved. If I put the eggs in there, they babies will just eat them too.

Here is the Nursery Tank, which is housing Midnight and Elminster's offspring, 11 surviving baby black moors. They bred on rocks, glass and plants, so I was unable to save all the babies in time. Many got eaten and filtered unfortunately before I was able to save enough of the eggs.
Here's some close ups of the largest of them.
Here is my third tank that I just inherited, along with the fish, it is a warm tropical freshwater tank. I call it "Terra-Tetra" as it houses two adult Australian Wild Rainbow Tetras (aka Melanotaenia splendida / Dawson River Rainbow), a male and female, as the main occupants. They've been under florescent light for many years in their owner's prior care and as such, have lost much of their color. I'll be getting them an LED light as soon as possible - as it has been found out in recent years that florescent and other lights are known to cause cancer and contribute to color loss because they provide no vitamins. LED lights are more natural and healthy for fish, providing them with some vitamins that fish need. Plus, they use a ton less electricity.

And finally (sorry, limited to 4 images per post):
Here's the best image I can get of the Pterygoplichthys Pardalis (plecastomus) that I could get, he's 10" long:
Lastly, here is "Zed" which is a Lace Catfish, a 5" tropical catfish. This is not a plecastomus but is a direct catfish (Synodontis nigrita) that was mistakenly brought into the US thinking the species was an off-shoot of the "Upside-down Catfish" but has now is commonly known as the "False-Upside-down Catfish." They're a native catfish species of African rivers.
I haven't named the plecasto or the tetras yet, but the Lace Catfish used to be me mine a while ago before I found out he was not a plecasto. When he took a chunk out of Midnight, I did research on him and found his true carnivorous nature and quickly gave him to my sister for her tropical tank, which she has now given to me that he lives in now.

The smaller female, she's about 1/2 as big as the male:
Here they both are around their favorite hang-out, a palm-tree ornament:
