Ermm... "protect your enemies"?

On the news about the Guardian Fighter:

Abilities such as Lunging Strike can be used to charge your enemy, closing the distance between you; and Enforced Threat can be used to ensure that your quarry attacks only you, allowing your fellows to move freely through the battle field. Even stronger powers, such as Fighter?s Recovery, can be used in moments of duress to help you stay alive, and continue to protect your enemies when the battle turns grim.


A teensie mistake mayhaps? I hope you meant "protect your allies" lol ;)

    Belive it or not, but in my former player group, such stupid things happend all the time since everyone allways thought of themselfs.
    And if one or two of them thought they would make more gold on help killing the rest of the group, its what they would!

    This is proof that no matter how many people vette your work, no matter how many people from QA look over your blog and tell you, "It's all good," somethings will occasionally get missed. b:laugh

    On another game i played there was something similar in healing spell tool tip that said something like (and i can not remember exactly) heals the enemy for X amount.

    Despite the priest protests of innocents and that it was all some horrible mistake, many just thought massacring priests was the best thing to do! It was a terrible sight. b:chuckle

    Fortunately, for the priests, they were not the only ones with resurrect once the mistake was rectified.

    I never trusted those Guardian Fighters. Paladins in disguise I tells ya! Always going on and on about "Hey! Were did you get that gold?" and "Have you seen my family ring?"

    Plus have you seen one try to sneak? Try strapping a bunch of pots and pans to your body and see if you can sneak past Old Man Johnsons window at night.

    Now they go and protect the enemies! (and by enemies we are talking about the town guard, right?)

    dont worry about it stormshade, due to the lack of info we have it gives us something to talk about and have a small bit of fun. =P

    Hey come on now...

    This hasn't really been a bad week for the infos. We got you some Guardian Fighter gameplay, a little more on the back-story of one of the adventure zones, and there might even be something else tomorrow!

    Well, true... but didn't we have it at PAX, etc as well? We saw guardian fighter, maybe not all abilities, and we heard the story of the new quest zone.

    I suppose people will not be satisfied until they get something entirely new. Both guardian and the lore was partly available at conferences like PAX, so the impact is lesser.
