Character going underground

Hi.
After the new mod Pirates' Skyhold release, I started to get a strange bug that during a fight, my character just go under the ground. And when this happen, I need to "defeat" my char at the help options to get it fixed. Happened during dungeon runs already, what was very annoying.

I dunno if it can be some class related, but I'm a Rogue and happen when Duelist Flurry is engaged over an enemy.

    Recently, this past week, 2 of my characters have appeared sticking half-way out of the ground, on 3 occasions.

    #1 while in combat in the Dread Legion Skirmish (had to defeat myself since I could not fight), #2 in the invocation circle where Aralynn the Pious is located, between the two red staircases in Protector's Enclave, when I used my Portobello's Wand of Sight and it finished it's transformation time frame, and #3 while in the village of Twilight Tor during Winter Festival when my Whisperknife used Shadowy Disappearance near the entrance to the Monsters on Ice area. #1 & 2 were with the same Ranger Character.

    An interesting side note; when in Winter Festival my character tried to escape with Shadowy Disappearance again, yet fell even further down below Monsters on Ice and I discovered a lost NPC Duegar Refugee floating in mid-air down there still talking! LOL
