This thread is to report bugs related to the new content or that began with the release of As Above, So Below - Return to Pirates' Skyhold. Please do not report previously discovered bugs (either on live or on preview) or general feedback. All unrelated comments will be moved so that the team can better focus on the new issues.

NOTE: If you post an issue on this thread, please be assured that it is being read. Time will be spent reviewing issues and escalating them as efficiently as possible. We are not able to respond or give detailed updates to each individual post but all feedback and reports are being received.

    I just got back in servers went down at 9:30 when I got on it had to do an update and servers went down at 10 AM Eastern standard time on PlayStation. I just got in and it’s 1 PM in the afternoon and I cannot log into the game? Why? Did they fix Preston the magician so we can reclaim him now on all our tunes on the account?

    Restarting game fixed that issue but no claimable Presto’s , like once activated he goes poof

    I purchased the buy out for the Pirates Skyhold campain and also bought for the premium rewards. I did not receive the 2 week head start. My guild friends also bought out this campain and some got the 2 week head start. I bought this campain on the day Pirates Skyhold launched, on November 19, 2024.

    I claimed the first milestone reward for tge new campaign (PS5) and it didn't go into my inventory - is this a bug that will be fixed?
