Winter Festival Rewards - No Bard Class Weapons?

Pardon, but is there a reason why there are no "Sparkling" weapon rewards for the Bard Class for the Winter Festival? It seems that every other Class has a "Sparkling" weapon reward at the vendor but not the Bard. Is there any chance that this will be addressed or even fixed before the second half of the festival or is this something that will have to wait until next year? Thank you! (a concerned Bard)

    LOL they've forgotten.
    Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

    Greetings,

    We have not forgotten, but the Bard weapon transmutes will unfortunately not be available this year.

    They should be available starting next year's run of Winter Festival.

    Somehow I doubt we will get that in next winter festival neither. Until I see that, it is not happening to me.
