  When you go up hill, the unopened gate is on your right side. Before that, you need to turn left, go into the building. Kill the enemy. I think you need to talk to someone. Come back. Open the gate. ......

  I already did that. I cleared tower than talked with npc than this happened

  Iv had this issue in the past due to not realising your suposed to burn the body on the alter half way up the hill, did you possibly miss that
