Rage of Bel achievements

Hello,
I am an achievement hunter and I would like to report some of the achievements which seem to be bugged. Now, I know there is more of them but I would like to focus on the ones related to the episode "Rage of Bel". All of them can be found in the General section:
Annals of Betrayal: Collect all of Lore related to the Rage of Bel - Grants Title: Chronicler of Avernus
I have completed over 100 insurgencies, defeated all five of Bel's warlords several times, obtained all the vanity pets and fashion parts from the vendor, upgraded the Forger's Box to the maximum... Is there anything else that needs to be done to finish this?
Bring in the Ringer: Defeat the Master of the Hellforge
I have successfully defeated Bel hundreds of times - both normal and hardcore version.
Ringer of the Bel: Complete all Rage of Bel Achievements - Grants Title: Bel Ringer
The previously mentioned achievements seem to be the prerequisites in obtaining this achievement.
I am having this issue on the character "Cotton Candy@mindache" and I've been playing this episode from the release date.
Please, let me know if you need more information regarding this issue or if I need to submit a ticket.
Lastly, I would like to ask fellow achievement hunters if they managed to complete these achievements or face the same issue.

Thank you for your input. I unlocked some lore by interacting with the dark glyphwork (portal) and Balakros (the imp), and by defeating Bel and his warlords (Daemon, Kugarn, Kulvastra, Mangler, Moshek). I can see it in my journal, as well.
I didn't find any other lore on the floating islands where insurgencies take place nor within the battle arena where you challenge Bel. As far as I know, this is the only content that was brought with the episode "Rage of Bel".
