Hi, everyone, I'm Spanish ganer and something just happened to me that had never happened to me in the game.
I have been playing every day since 2016.
Today, after several months making Reaper, I have managed to collect the 100 legendary Shards plus the 3750 epics necessary to be able to upgrade my first mount necklace to Mythic. As everyone knows it costs a lot of time and dedication to get them.
I already had all the necessary refine and the five stones that are requested: I have decided to do it between a Raq and an Rtq, and when I have refined it I have realized that I had not placed any pres ward (I have more than 65) or the Coalescent (in my bank) that I had reserved for it. The result has been a failure in the refine and loss of everything... I couldn't believe it, due to a mistake when placing it I have lost 100 days of Reaper or approximately 20 million (196000x10) astrals. I am desolate. I think I want to erase everything and go to sleep now. Please find out in my account that this has been the case and I had what it took. Now I just want to cry. Can you help me?

Sorry to hear of your mistake , I know the time , ad and effort it took .
Discarding expensive items, refining without wards, selling a stack of something for the prize of 1 unity...
The bad news is that you wont recover it, the good news is that you will recover from that.
