Would be nice to have a permanent cookie added to the leaderboard display

What I mean is that if a permanent preference cookie was added to the leaderboard window it would remember and save the last view you used when it closes and reloads instead of going back the the default every time when you are freshly logged-in. People who only care about looking at damage probably wouldn't even understand what I'm saying because it defaults to a damage view anyway. When you change it to another view (mitigation, healing etc) it will save that view for the remainder of your log-in session, each time you open it again with 'X' in subsequent dungeons it will reload the window where you left off and as long as you don't totally close the game (go in and out with character selection screen etc) it will still save the last-viewed panel when you next go into a party dungeon, but if you close the game and log in the next day it has reverted back to the default again. Some of us have no use for damage and are only interested in the numbers for heals. The reason this is a pain in the you-know-what is that each time we log in and start playing, at the first dungeon we have to scroll through all the panels each and every time until we navigate to the right one, this takes time and is fiddly to do when you enter a dungeon and are setting-up and people are already running off to start. But we're only interested in that window and when we open it during the run we need to see that and not the others. It would just be nice that no matter what, the game remembered your last saved window and did not revert back to the default at any stage at all.
Apparently pointing-out the bleeding obvious is a 'personal attack'.

I would erase it tbh since those numbers ain't that helpfull and don't give you a reward or anything. Or at least an option that wouldn't pop it up, it's a pain the need to close it every run.

The meta it's just a guideline. And guidelines are boring.

Rockster isn't proposing to save the stats, just the view. So it would remember if you prefer to look at the damage charts, or the healing charts, shields, etc. This would help you too, as it could remember that you don't care, and not shove the charts in your face.

Only if the cookie is edible.
I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

If a cookie is needed for the added option to stop showing that thing, count my signature for the petition.

A cookie is just a small file which stores user information and is used as a reference the next time that thing loads, most often used in internet browsers. I think yea, it would be nice to save your preference even if that preference was just not to see it at all. What we need is a way for the system to remember our last view (even if that view was selected as "off/disabled") and just load it that way when next you enter a party so when you hit 'x' it remembers your preferred view or doesn't load it at the end at all if you preference was set to "off". They would need to add that preference somewhere though, maybe in settings or maybe from the pop-up window itself with a tickbox. I would also like to see an option to disable the auto-scroll which currently does its thing. If you leave that window open beyond a certain number of seconds it scrolls through to the next view, only if you close it quickly does it reopen it every time to your choice. So would also be nice to turn that function off and then no matter how long you left it open it would just stay on your preferred view.

While we're on the subject, it would also be nice to keep 'party' chat enabled even when you leave a party, currently it reverts to 'say'. This is the other thing which takes my time when I enter a run and annoys me, I have to open chat once in the instance before starting and choose party channel each and every time. If I abandon an instance it stays as 'party' (even though you're no longer in one) once you're in PE or wherever you landed back to so there is already some mechanism there to remember, it would be good for it just to stay chosen so when you are grinding things in PUG parties you don't have to continually reset it.

@lassor#2420 how easy would these things be to do? They would be a great improvement for the players.
