Insigna pack, why a lottery?

With the new mythic insigna I was very willing to invest some Zen into the insigna pack. I bought 4 to start and then realized that the mythic insigna is not sure (actually I got 1 in 4 boxes), and not even the legendary (one box contained only epic ones). So my question is why?! Why cannot it be like for the collar pack, where you select the one you want? If I want to play the lottery I would not do in NW. Any chance you will change the approach?

    And they are charging real money for it... smh. The biggest obstacle to Cryptic earning money is... Cryptic. These guys are clueless.

    I will comment this with a friend that has a backery, he can sell "lucky-bread" instead the standard product, so you have a chance to get your bread, or maybe a donut or other thing.

    Maybe he gets rich who knows

    I suspect this is done because some people get addicted to gambling. These people get a rush chasing the prize and will spend big bucks in the process.

    I see you added another gambling (the legendary mount chance) instead of simply make it fix… happy for you, I will keep not buying it
