The Bard Entourage Pack scam

I had bought the Bard Entourage Pack shortly after it came out because I really loved that outfit.
A few days later Neverwinter completely changed the outfit to something hideous in comparison.

Now I am told I am not allowed to get a refund because the pack has been opened.
I do not think I have ever seen such a bad way of dealing with things.
After me buying an item and seeing it is exactly as advertised, I open it and wear the fashion item AS ADVERTISED.
Then later I log in and its completely different but it's my mistake I opened the pack?

It doesn't work like that. Even now the advertisement in the store still shows the original outfit.
I'm not gonna stop reopening that ticket untill this is solved with a refund. As a player you deserve to get what is advertised without needing to be afraid they will change it drastically.

    And yes, I'm sorry, I know there is already a post. It's just incredibly frustrating that so far no one is willing to give any kind of answer and only keeps sending me from one forum to another.

    From what I understand they will put that outfit for free for players. Hopefully that will work for you.
