I have 2 campaign progression tasks on Episode two that I am unable to claim. I reached the prerequisite currency, and it gives me the option to press X to claim the reward (more specifically the companion tokens and boon) but nothing happens and I can't claim them.

Is there an item in overflow bag ? Not sure if that would stop you from collecting those items , but is possible

How many companion tokens do you have on that toon? It may be worth putting some in then out via the bank (into the shared section) to make sure it's refreshed and showing as empty.

You should also make sure you don't have an outstanding quest from one of the npc's that could be blocking the pickup. Check both your quest log and the giver npc's. (it would be one of the yellow 'progression' quests, not the regular ones).

* johnny is also right that you should make sure you have nothing in overflow. I assume you know how to check that but if not, you need to scroll down using the stick, not the triggers.

@johnnystranger#5900 my overflow bag is empty. I made a ton of extra room a few weeks ago in preparation for mod 21/insignia farming. @armadeonx I'll have to check that later. I should be up to date on my quests, as I've mostly capped out my currency the past few weeks after a break. Thanks for the responses!
