Powers canceling

I've been having an issue ever since the combat patch where my powers fail multiple times in a row, often 5 times or more. A power that fails like this keeps going on the 1s or .5s CD and sometimes just doesn't fire no matter what I do. I often have to just give up on that one and cast something else in the meantime.

I play an HR, PvP only at the moment. Latency didn't change since the patch, no client side lag change either. I don't use custom binds for the powers in question, everything is at game's default. Hindering shot and constricting arrow seem to be affected the most. I've never encountered an issue like this before and it's making the game unplayable.

    I've had a similar issue with Hindering Strike and Steel Breeze not hitting after I use them, but still going on cooldown. I suspect that for some reason if the reticle isn't targeting an enemy, it doesn't go off correctly.

    Same issue with wizard encounter powers. I was doing an Infernal Citadel run when, at the last boss fight, I couldn't get the encounter powers to fire up. I was spamming them constantly without hitting anything and then watching them go on CD for 1-2 secs, resorting to using only the at-will powers for the rest of the fight.

    i think this issue has become worse recently because of the upcoming update. it should be back to normal-ish after a week or 5 after the mod drops =)

    As a ranger i have experienced some trouble with all ability that using grasping roots (on both paragon paths) so i think it's a mechanic problem and i made a post about this.
