Video settings keep reverting on login to the game client every time

Basically changing any of the settings in the video settings of the game breaks my client.
1. I'ved tried on 3 other accounts and the issue doesn't occur.
2. Tried it on 3 different units with different specs and the issue still occurred on the same account.

Main issue: Date 12/14/20

Since a few days ago and my previous pc I had, I've been having this issue only with neverwinter as of last month.

Every time I login to the neverwinter client at the loading main menu screen my video graphics settings keep getting reverted to max settings or low and it seems to be reset everytime I login again.... Right now the setting that is bugged is the "Terrarian detail" Setting in my options.

Furthermore I haven't touched the video settings prior to a week ago and back then it was saving my settings so I have no idea what is wrong.

I also haven't touched my graphics setting and this is the only game that I am experiencing this graphic issue with.



Update on the issue.

The client starts to not respond if I change the video settings in the client off from max settings then it acts normal. But as soon as I change it from the max settings on the game the game client will break. I've checked the file that the settings get saved to and nothing is wrong with it.

It is on the cloud server end not recieving the request of the settings change and keeps breaking the client on every Pc I'ved tested or used.
