Error when I log in: You do not meet the requirements for this item

Ever since the combat rework patch I've been getting an error when I login
only happens on my Barbarian can't figure out what item its talking about.

    I've been getting that on two of my toons.

    Not sure what it is, really starting to get annoying though!

    I reported this on Monday morning and here is the response I received yesterday evening.

    Thanks for reaching out. I apologize for the late reply. I understand that you are receiving an error message not knowing which item is causing the issue. Please do unequip all your items and equip them one by one. This way, you would be able to identify which item is causing the issue. If you have any other concerns, please let us know.

    Having a problem with the TR with the same issue.
    Removed everything including the Mount Collars and the Companion Equipment.

    If you can't find it on gear, try putting away any Cloaked Ascendancy portal stones. For a long time now, anytime I had all 3 in my inventory and got another chest reward it would pop that message.

    So far, only the characters that have done Cloaked Ascendancy get the Do Not Meet Requirements popup. Except now it's on every login.
    Call me El, she/her only. Currently Professions-only until the next combat change fixes this mess.
