As you know, there is a x2 event on January 7. I have completed the missions now but if I don't hand it over to the Sybella and deliver during x2 rewards event.Thus i'll get x2 rewards right ? I haven't tried this before. I got tons of quests now. I just wondered if it could be like that. Has anyone tried this before

    Turn them in now, collect the quests again over the next 3 weeks and do them again for the 2x.

    To answer your question, it applies when you hand it in. Hence, you will get 2x during 2x week.
    greywynd's suggestion is good though.

    Sybella's quests are on an 8 week repeating cycle. So, you've got 8 weeks from when you get a given set of 3 quests before any of those 3 will appear again.
