[PS4] Blood War promo pack not available

Hi!
I live in Sweden and for me, the Blood War promo pack is not available. All my friends from UK and USA have claimed it already. I have looked in PS4 Store, PS4 Plus and every other way i could think of, but its not available for me. When i log on after a daily reset, i see the promo button blink, but there is nothing there. Any way i can get the bag/zen the promo pack contains?

I'm from Brazil, and is not available too.
For me was that also, but if you type in the playstation app ( in search) on phone: Neverwinter - Blood war promo
then maybe it is available for you. Hopefully it works for you
