Free Pack is not in claim agent anymore

The Free Pack is supposed to be available until Oct 20, 2020. It is not in claim agent anymore. I did not claim that in any of my characters.

    Was it bugged like many other items to hit that vendor? I claimed it without issue(Also without extras) on my main toon, I never checked my other toons to see if it was reclaimable again.

    It was bugged when it came out. They took it away because of the bug. Then, they put it back after they fixed that in a patch. I checked it was back when the patch note said so. I did not pick it up because I did not decide who should take it and the posted expiry day is Oct 20. So, I took my sweet time ... then I checked last night, it is not there (after the patch, I guess). That becomes sweat time. Sigh!

    Update: support replied and said there are other reports for the same issue. They think it is a bug. They reported that to the dev and asked me to post it here and I already did. Hopefully, this can be resolved and @nitocris83 will acknowledge on Monday.

    I am also having the same issue with the item not showing up at the claims agent. I opened a ticket, and I was asked to post here as well. Hopefully this is helpful to anyone else encountering the same issue. Thanks and good luck to all
