Items going missing never to be seen again.

I have lost at least $300 worth of items since i first started playing at launch of undermountin. Every time I unequip items and put them in my bank i end up finding im missing enchantments or mount insignias after loging in the next toon im trying to transfer them to. Like i understand how nuts this sounds but its realy happening to me. Some how my items dissapear out of bank or in the middle of unequipping never to be seen again.

    well i just found 4 of my legendary insignias after serching the charecters unequiped mounts. I think whats happening is its not properly saving my equiped mounts when i log in a charecter I have not played in a long time. It switches to other mounts and I don't even realize since they all have nothing eqiped from the last time i played. I guess the only thing i cant explain was the companion gear item that went missing with 2 rank 15 enchants in it.

    Do you use loadout? Switching loadout moves stuff around.
