avernus 53 lures 20 hours hunt and 0 gear drop, can someone tell me whats going on!?

I did 20+ hours farm including buying some lures from others, cost me 1m+ AD and 20 hours+, i get 53 lures, killed the hunt boss and get 0 gear, can some dev explain what's going on here, why the drop rate is so ridiculous, the gear is not even good in pve

    1/10 chance to see a hunt mark near scab in certain instance, 1/3 chance to drop 1 trophy from the hunt mark, and 1/20 chance to get gears from lure, so overall you need to search about 600 instance in order to get 1 piece of gear, which is not even good in pve, what's that? The gear should be as good as a mythic mount if this is the case

    Its just the same stunt they keep pulling. "Watcher sets are out!" not truly released for another month making people look for something that didn't exist. "Collect the rods! Next one is totally in game" except it wasn't and changed to kits, followed by low drop rates for insurgencies one afterwards, both having to have drop increased. "Collect maps for your legion guard set!" except some instances would bug giving none, sometimes only leader would get it, sometimes you'd get none in hours, rates increased now we get hundreds doing nothing. "Farm favors for this several month long annoying campaign, doing same thing every day forever!" and had to increase rate on quests, said they were lowering the rate from the ones in BHEs then made it bug so the total amount of 3-4 each was split between party members, claiming the intent was the original 10/per when previously stated otherwise. They just do this to pad out their content, they tore apart a mod and made us grind it 3x as much in the last month having to grind maps, favors and hunts all separately. The drop rate is just this pattern on repeat, hold all lures.

    They made you spend 20 hrs on it and on resources,this is their way to keep players in game.10 mins of content stretched out by layers of rng. Save the lures and wait for the upcoming patches.

    Unfortunately Avernus hunts are not enjoyable at all, the hunt mobs have a really bad refresh rate, even the Mane one that gives the base material for all level 1 lures. [Edit, per Asterdhal words, you need to kill the normal mobs so the rare ones spawn, it's not time based, so that makes the problem even worse because while you go and kill the normal ones, people will just camp the rare spawn location and kill it while you are coming back after killing the normal ones]

    Then once you are fortunate to get a lure, the boss does not drop level 2 materials and you are really fortunate if you get the piece of equipment.

    The worst part of this all is that it seems like no lesson was learned from the hunts from Chult and Omu and that has made the Avernus hunts to be even in a worse place that the Chult and Omu were when they were released.

    Rare mobs should spawn a lot and give the material often, and lure mobs should give the next level material always and give the equipment from time to time.

    About the next level materials, in this moment it makes no sense that the lure mobs are not giving them because the exchange NPC does not allow you to exchange them until next milestone.

    I don't know about the gear drops....but the trophies required to make T2 lures will not start dropping until the T2 hunts are active, which will be in a month or so, once Milestone II reaches 100% (addording to Asterhahl on the Reddit AMA).
    Hoping for improvements...

    I have been reading Asterdahl responses and personally I still think that level 1 lures should already drop level 2 materials, mainly because you can't transform them in level 2 lures but letting them drop already will let us not have to do double the amount of hunts, not for the equipment and later for the materials.

    Furthermore, this will happen again later, so it almost makes no sense doing level 1 lure hunts until we can do level 3 lure hunts.

    and i know we have to kill same type of mobs to spawn the special one, but i killed hezrou 6+ in certain maps and checked again still no special hunt marks; also when u switch to a instance the scab area has very few numbers of hezrou, it is faster to just keep switching instance to find.

    I do not know the spawn/rate of other hunt marks, but for hezrou it is ridiculous
