Stronghold: Donating frozen treasures

My guild is trying to to build the tier 1 marketplace in our stronghold and we are at 30995 of the required 31000 frozen treasures. No-one in the guild can donate any kind of frozen treasure to get the last 5 points needed. Any and all frozen treasure donations are greyed out. Help Please!!!!

    Has your guild leader disabled the option to donate by mistake?

    If you only need 31k for the build, the coffer should have a maximum allowance 4 or 5x that amount.

    Then ask your guild leader if they locked it out, as xenocide stated.
    I'm not looking for forgiveness, and I'm way past asking permission. Earth just lost her best defender, so we're here to fight. And if you want to stand in our way, we'll fight you too.

    Guild leader can not tell if he locked it or not. Were would he look?

    There isn't any way to donate 5 or less Frozen unless maybe vouchers from Marauders. I can't remember what value they have for tier 1 rewards. The game won't let you donate over coffer capacity and all of the campaign currencies are worth more than 5. I doubt the donations are locked and it wouldn't make a difference even so because of the cap.

    If you are in an Alliance, the cost of the upgrade is discounted and you won't need the full amount. Be sure to check the amount needed at either the coffer UI or the signpost on site. Looking at the information on the Guild UI won't give the true number needed. This is why I asked for a screenshot of the Coffer screen. Getting one at the sign would be better.

    If you aren't in an alliance already, make a temporary one with someone for the discount.
