Vallenhas instant is bugging out you cannot move your character needs to be fixed ASAP

This is getting a little ridiculous you guys are not fixing this in game issues you're just taking people's money vallenhas instant is broken you guys know this and you're not fixing it the amount of stuff you guys are leaving on a tendon is piling up it's getting ridiculous I can't even move in the instance I'm stuck I can't sign post I can't do anything I can't close my game out nothing so when I dashboard my Xbox start screaming like there's been nuts and bolts thrown in it I'm about to get a hold of Xbox because of this problem fix this before you brick my Xbox if this goes on too much longer I will be getting a hold of freaking Xbox about this not getting resolved you're going to ruin my system

Yeah... while I'm not exactly living in fear that you are about to break my console it would be nice if I could drop into Avernus and it work first time occasionally.

Lag is worse than it's been for absolutely ages, and all I'm trying to do is gain the daily 20% needed to advance the (for want of a better word) "quest". It's taking 3 or 4 minutes just to walk to the insurgency gate from the table because the rubber banding is so bad, but then it REALLY starts to go wrong.

Its a right ballache finding an instance that actually works, (and one where I'm not acting like someone has me on a bungee cable) and when you eventually do find one where there are monsters, there's half a chance the insurgence you jump to is a hot mess of hoards of overlapping bad guys and what appears to be a complete lack of system control over physics and UI responsiveness.

Any time Cryptic feel like investing in another hamster to set loose on the wheel you use to power your servers, it would be most appreciated.

Because of the timers I don't have the time to hang about and wait for Bel to HAMSTER off and then the hour long cool down before the insurgencies start again, so I kind of need them to work PROPERLY... FIRST time, when I have the time to play them.

I honestly don't care about farming Bel for anything more than what I will need to advance the little Box thing... Maybe when I get to the final tier those Treasure Boxes will hold something worth the mindless grind.

While composing this I have tried about a dozen different instances and chosen to give up and come back tomorrow, because I simply can't get an instance to work and don't have time to hang about in the hope someone decides to take a look and fix it.

ETA. I've only just noticed but it looks like the entire chat feed is filled with people begging for invites to working insurgencies. And it looks like the Bel metre is still filling, so there are some instances where it IS working. Unfortunately, no one is likely to vacate those instances because... why the Hell would they... so the rest of us are pretty much HAMSTER.

Yeah, loading into Vallenhas is hamster excrement. It's really nice when my VIP menu doesn't populate for a few minutes so I can't even escape to Moonstone, when it does finally populate that's my ticket out. Otherwise it's just rubber banding and constant reanimation. A few days ago it was instance 15, today it was 13. For invoking apparently I need to remember not to logout if still in Vallenhas.

Same thing happened to a friend of mine in whispering caverns during the last event. They managed to signpost out and then they were fine. Which means it is a problem with high traffic zones rather than vallenhas specifically. Which does not make it any better in fact it makes me worried for whenever they launch the new zone.
