Just got ripped off by your guys's buyout for the hell pit event I didn't receive all the currency

I did the buyout on the hell pit event I did not receive the currency to buy the legendary mount my campaign is completed and I'm locked out can't even go in and run the event to receive the currency and I paid cash to do this buyout so you just ripped me off this needs to get fixed before I get a hold of the BBB

    I know 2 more people who had the same experience -- one of them bought only 1 day and he is locked out from the 3rd phase and did not receive the tokens. I am just putting it out here in hope that if more people report this problem it will be looked into it and fixed before the event is over. But my take out from it is to stay away from buying out package as at the moment it introduces bugs :(.

    You would only receive 1 token of achievement, so there would be no way to get the mount in one go around. And if you bought it after your 14th day you may not receive the token of achievement anyway, as you were already beyond the point to receive it. Now if you bought it before you reached your 14 days you would have gotten 2 total tokens of achievement.

    You only get 1 token of achievement per event. To get the mount you need to attend Every hell pit event this season. The completion only applies to the current hell pit. The fact it even allowed you to buy more than 1 completion is the only glitch here from your description.
