Moon elf and Dragonborn Clothes

Is anyone else having problems with the fashion page? I have opened the moon elf and the dragonborn boxes and sent the costumes to my fashion library but they do not show up anyone else have this problem?

    Have you activated the actual clothing item independently? There is a second storage area in the fashion bar - it's beneath the fashion items you have activated.

    whst do you mean fashion bar? the only thing I can think of is the bar to swap the items but that says to uninstall it

    When you open the box from the pack or the claims agent, the clothing objects to into the fashion tab in your inventory. Pink hand or something. That tab has two sections, you only see the upper section that stores vanity pets unless you scrolls down. Scroll down until you see the second section and the items should be there. Right click each item and convert it to an appearance item in the same way you would a piece of gear. The fashion items should now be selectable in the drop down menu of the appearance tab on your character sheet.

    I did all that but they still do not show up when I go to equip it.

    Appearance tab; Fashion items, the button on the far right.

    On the appearance tab of your character sheet to equip those fashion items on your toon you need to switch the visuals from gear to fashion and then make your selections for those three item slots!
