have to do quests in black lake district?

Every now and then when i try to make a purchase with craptic i get the message i am required to do quests that i did at launch of game many years ago on a few charecters. Im so sick of this HAMSTER. No i do not have two accounts and it just keeps poping up every time i make a new charecter on my account. I have all classes now and the newest is rogue. I just got it to level 14. Im trying to buy some zen for my other 6 charecters to use.

    I have emails of many zen purchases over the years but right now its saying i have no trasactions to track like it lost track of me completely

    sorry for so many of my own posts but i solved it. The last time i changed my email adress it still saves the old one. When i use the wrong one it still lets me log in even though its not the right one and acts like its my account but without anything on it. All it is is an outdated email adress that i chaged on the account
