Neverwinter not found by NVIDIA GeForce Experience since Mod 18

This program still shows Neverwinter as a supported game but stopped including it suddenly. The program explains graphical options and makes optimization recommendations for settings as well as providing an in-game overlay. I reported to NVIDIA already but forgot to report it here also.

    I will just drop you this link here and tell you to look at my selects wrong audio issue.

    I am running a very old underpowered AMD Raedon but it works. The hubby tells me the game keeps punching up the on board audio and not my HDMI. He said, "It worked before module 18, so stop asking me to fix it.".

    I just pulled out another older computer with Windows 10 running Windows 10 Home and GeForce Experience is working on it. So, maybe it's a Windows 10 Pro problem.

    Nvidia's response to me was that the issue is likely from changes made to the game and how it is tagged for identification got lost in the process but they didn't provide a solution. Arc's response was that GeForce Experience is not a program they troubleshoot so unfortunately, I decided to just uninstall GeForce Experience.
