Spinward Rise Elemental Evil Campaign Issue

I recently started playing again after a 4 or 5 year absents from the game. One of my characters that I play which is a ranger was in the middle of finishing the Spinward Rise area to complete the Elemental Evil Campaign. I went ahead and completed the quests that I had. After turning them in none of the quest givers issued anymore quests not even the optional ones for doing heroics. I put in a ticket and I had discussed my issue with one of the game masters who told me the game has changed since last I played. I took a screen shot of quests completed in the Spinward Rise area and the game master told me that there was 3 quests I needed to complete. They are Lovely Charms, Twin Breezes and Order Out of Chaos; so knowing that the quests givers were not issuing me the quests I tried in game chat to see if I could get a player to share the quest with me. After waiting awhile and no response from any player in game I wrote the game master what I attempted to do; they believe its a gameplay bug and will discuss it with the developing team so they can investigate it.
