Blue screen

in Bug Reports (PlayStation®4)
I wrote a ticket about getting blue screen which I didn't before they added Vallenhas I said it was random when I got blue screen for when it happens I could be riding,fighting or travelling this is making the game for me less injoyable and I have began to play more of my other games. I was told this is a bug are they going to fix this we will see.I was told if anyone is having the same issue to say so.

    I have had this in the past. Then it was fixes. But as Marc says since vallenhas it has reappeared. It happens at least 2 times a day and can be really irritating.

    After the update I am getting a blue screen which locks out all the controls including the PS button. I can still see things moving around and the chat is still scrolling but I can't do anything and the only thing that fixes it is a hard reset on the PS4.
