I just bought an Icewind Dale treasure cache from the auction house. When I double click it it tells me "You already have all the items in this package". I'm only a level 24 half-orc barbarian but the item says there's no level requirement. I have never gotten/used anything Icewind Dale before. Not that I know of anyway. I definitely don't have ALL the items possible from it.

Ok so after right clicking and selecting open item 3 or 4 times it finally gave me something. An amulet with the same specs as the cloak I am currently wearing with the exception of doing critical damage instead of armor penetration. All the numbers are the same. Both give me +77 combined rating & 3,686 max HP. The cloak I am wearing also gives me +384 armor penetration. The amulet gives +384 critical avoidance. Is this normal? The exact same base bonuses with the same amount on each and then the same amount/numbers for the other bonus but of a different kind?

Should be +3,686 max HP not just a max OF 3,686 HP sorry.

I mailed the amulet to my account and opened the mail with a different character. Now it says it has a level requirement of 23 AND it now has a socket offense slot. I opened the mail with a level 11 half-orc barbarian. I didn't take it. It's still in the mailbox.
I just check with a level 17 drow renegade wizard and a level 35 dragonborn barbarian and it's the same for both of them as well. Level 23 required and an offensive socket. All the numbers are the same as the original though. Just the 2 changes. It's still in the mailbox.
