  Did they change something in today's patch? Because this thing you're suggesting already exists since M16 launched: people can't change their role if they enter a dungeon using the public queues.

  Works exactly as stated just turns out then they can't perform their roles well. Sorry for the not necessary discussion.

  You cannot switch to a different paragon/path when you are in a public Q instance. I’ve recently checked on my OP tank.
  
  If someone able to do it, for sure it is a bug. I just never seen it.
  
  Maybe you should move or repost in Bug Report channel and add a screenshot.

  Can you switch any loadout once you enqueue for a random run? Have you tried it? I have tried it, and I was not successful.

  Will definitely do it. When it happens again. Seen tanks do more DPS and not be able to even keep aggro than a tank that can hold aggro. Healers doing less heals but more DPS. Switching loadouts does not switch their queued role next to their character display, but you can still switch to a different loadouts that doesn't match the role they are in. Gonna try it on my alt tank and submit a bug report.

  What was the tank involved? Paladin or Fighter?
  What was the healer involved? Cleric, Paladin or Warlock?
