Minimum hitpoints for OP healer??

I tried googling and I kept getting tank stats, but not healer stats. When it comes to TOMM, what is minimum hitpoints recommended. Trying to see if I can drop Prosperity mount insignias ( hitpoints ) for the one with power and comp influence.
