Character Sheet icon keeps glowing

My Character Sheet icon keeps glowing like I have unspent boon points even though I have none. I asked Mods by pressing my help-button and it looks like it is a bug: request (66022). My screenshots (I can add if you need) don't show anything useful - I did all I had to do after a respec but nothing changed.
I did a respec on my WIZ lvl 80 and since my "C" button is glowing.
This bug does not have a high priority. TY for your help :)

    Did you allocate all your feats?

    Sure I did. There's nothing left to do. I even applied every single item, companion and mount to all loadouts (because that was a point in my pala tank build). I showed all my screenshots to the mods and they said it's a bug.

    Don't expect them to do anything about it, I have at least 3 toons bugged like this for 2 months+ already, with bug reports and tickets made, and of course no fix.
