Having trouble getting the normal homepage back

I'm having a hard time reverting the in-game home page from the special Mod 16 page to the normal one. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. On some alts try as I might I can't get rid of the Mod 16 page. I've been to the Antiquities Scholar and used every single dialogue option. Then I tried the buttons on the homepage and tried all those options. It's driving me crazy, and I'm having to do it for each and every alt. I know what's new in Mod 16; now how do I get rid of that page?

Go through the character sheet tab by tab and click through all of the green tutorial boxes.

I checked and no green tutorial popups appear. This is driving me nuts. How in blazes to I get rid of this thing?

There is some tutorial popup you missed. I did not believe neither. I had the similar post a while back.
I thought I went through all but I missed one.
You basically need to type 'C' and then looks for every tab and variants in every page. e.g. within "mount" there are 2 inner tabs. If it is an alt and you did not set the paragon path, you will miss some.

I'm at a loss. I checked every button I could find, including the Manage Companions one. I checked every tab. The alt is completely set up. I can't figure out how to get the normal homepage back. Can any devs provide any insight?

Is a paragon selected (You need to select one)? All the Boon subpages, like SH, and mount pages checked? (You don't need to set those, but go over click by click to get all the annoying green bubbles)
