Crafting potions from 71-80

[Potion of Power Rank 10, +1] , potions do not do anything after consumption.

    Same with [Potion of Defense Rank 10, +1].

    When I double click the potion it is consumed. I get "[System Notify] You used Potion of Defense Rank 10, +1." but nothing happens. There's no stat increase and no buff icon.
