wyllowood, quest: defeat arcturia bugged?

ok, i wonder, is the quest bugged?
i got killed twice on a row (great lifesteal, oh wait, what lifesteal).
after sche killed me for the 2nd time, she is gone, i cant find here in the map, so i have to leave the map, and redo all over again.
so, a bug, or just to anoy us?

    Yeah, Arcturia in this quest is pretty much bugged, she either spams lifesteal or stun with butterflies and follows the player to the campfire after they die - to finish the job, I suppose. If you can't find her on the map, maybe she's at this campfire then or stuck somewhere on the way to it.

    tried it 5 times, she sucks my life out like i drain a botle with juice.
    a other player faced the same problem, but after teaming up we manage kill here
    if this is called balanced, not a OP players, but some stuff is ridicilous.
