  If you use the XP bonus in the character stat for checking, I never see that 12% there. I suspect that 12% is calculated somewhere else.
  All my toon has 2 set of loadout. One is combat and one is XP. When they are in the combat loadout, the XP bonus is always 0 for years. I always check my XP bonus. Yes, I have been VIP 12 since there was VIP.

  I checked that religiously using the XP bar in every invoke, every return to the quest giver for every toon everyday. I did not see that 10% when I am not having the XP loadout. I also wait until it gets the proper XP bonus. Even if my toon has the XP loadout, it takes something like 12 seconds for it to get all the XP bonus.
  
  BTw, VIP XP bonus for rank 12 is 10%, not 12%. I checked the current VIP description, old VIP description, other forums. They all mentioned 10%.
  
  Also, there is a difference between not showing and not working.
  I guess that 10% was not shown but worked.
  Now, that 10% still is not shown and also does not work.

  I am not agree or disagree with you because I don't know if VIP 10% bonus XP work right now or not.
  I only know that 10% was not shown before and it is not shown now.
  As I said, I religiously check that and it is probably over 80 times everyday.
  
  My toon typically has over 300% XP bonus with their XP loadout. I would not notice if 10% is missing or not by impression.
  I do know without their XP loadout, they never had any XP bonus shown.
  
  As far as I can tell, it was never 12%. I checked other forums for historic information. All of them talked about 10%. All of them said they could not find where that 10% were displayed too.
  
  You probably had another 12% from other source such as SH boon.
