It was a promo long ago, it was in the claims agent, until one day it went MIA. It was investigated, patchnoted, and then supposedly fixed. Yet he is still MIA.
Also someone should verify the rest, maybe we have other kidnapped account wide rewards. I wouldn't want to storm area 51 to check if aliens kidnapped any account wide rebel mercenaries or something.
