Probably not the best, I chose the most "fun" looking ones.
Spinning Strike and Crescendo for my dailies.
Not-so-fast, Axestorm, and IBS for my Encounters.
I can't remember what my at-wills are. Sure Strike and some other one.

Avalanche of steel /w feat. Daily, very effective, best part is the look and feel. Its like peter griffen on speed. "I'm so ******g ready". Kudos to the devs on that one.
What I can't figure out is that if GWs are now Barbarians, then shouldn't a Barbarian's signature double-ended pole weapons be available to them exactly like Daelan Red Tiger's Dire Ax?
Good grief! I'd drop a mountain load of ZEN for a artifact Dire Ax and Sword Knot set!

I see so few barbs using leap and it blows my mind. The feat makes it our hardest hitting aoe by over 200 magnitude. Why use axe throw over it when you get mobility and a mac truck of an aoe skill in one?
Other than that I am sure I use the same skills as every other barb.
At-Wills: Sure Strike and Relentless Slash Encounters: Bloodletter, Indomitable Battle Strike, and Frenzy Dailies: Crescendo and Avalanche of Steel Passives: Steel Blitz and Raging Strike Feats: Relentless Speed, Indomitable Rage, Brutal Critical, Steel Slam, and Escalating Rage

Dislikes: Demons and witches, all the milk of their corpses cannot quell her thirst, as she still seeks to end the terror of those who stole her love.
At-wills: Sure Strike and Relentless Strike Encounters: Punishing Charge, Indomitable Battle Strike, Battle Fury/Roar for AoE and Frenzy for Single Target Daily: Adamantine Strike for AoE and Savage Advance for Single Target Class Features: Trample the Fallen and Steel Blitz

Good point. The axe throw is pretty silly, but the effects are soo keeeewl

By game he meant all classes. Enhanced leap is barbs hardest hitting aoe.
It's only semi-useful against mobs because it has a crazy long cooldown (23.2 sec for me) and its effectiveness only lasts about as long as most mobs do, if that long. You'd be better off using Roar + Trample the Fallen class feature to increase your damage by 5% against mobs and Roar only has a 12 sec cooldown.
As for why most people probably don't use Mighty Leap, it's something you need to double cast to get max effectiveness. And not just double cast, you'll need to cast out of combat then back in to get max effectiveness because you have to hit nothing on the initial cast to boost its Magnitude to 600 from 250. It could possibly be useful as an opening strike if you get comfortable shadow casting with no leap, but in any extended fight its gonna frustrating to use.
My 2 cents.

I just leap out of aoes then leap right back in. Its really not too bad to proc its condition.
on a more serious note: i don't like the mechanics of leap since it requires me to move my hands too much. because of my keyboard setup it is to hard to aim with the mouse, press the qwe keys (skill keys) and press the arrow keys at the same time.
bloodletter battle strike and primal fury are mine
I know blademaster does more damage but sentinal fits the personality of Drac better than blademaster does plus it's better for solo survivability.
