Suratuk's Teal Crag Cat - No Insignia Bonuses

Suratuk's Teal Crag Cat Currently does not offer insignia bonuses, nor are any listed in the tool tip.
On the plus side, it still looks cool.

    Seconded. I noticed that my Saratuk's Teal Crag Cat is still not offering an insignia bonus anymore.

    Thirded, I created a ticket, and have followed their suggested "fixes", but the problem persists - No Insignia Bonus for my Crag Cat.
