Buy another character slot always grayed out

Is "buy another character slot" turned off at this time? I need one more slot and want to either buy one or retire my GWF. I rarely play him and with the changes in MOD 16 he has become fairly useless as a solo player, but the button to buy one is always grayed out. I am a grandfather account and have four characters now and I noticed they start with two now, Is four the limit for each account or something?

    First question: Do you have enough Zen to buy more slots?
    Second question: Did you look in the Zen market under Services for character slots?

    I have 6 characters, and the option is available to me. When I click on it, it brings up the dialog box to spend 250 Zen on a slot. This is on the character select screen at login.

    Check that you have enough Zen, and also check once you enter the game and look in the Zen store. If it isn't available at login it might show in the store for you (Services tab).

    No and No but after you asked I tried yet another search and found that the button in the character screen is not working I have to get it through the Zen store, pretty cheap too for two slots.

    This must be am intermittent bug. Character screen was ok yesterday now today it is grayed out.
