I just finished doing 3 Master Expeditions a rune was put in in all 3 at the end the chest lit up I pressed f and the chest just went dark no rune etchings no prize. while i understand that this is a non subscription game it is geared toward getting people to spend money hence my question
i was the General Manager of a well known mmorpg and i don't understand why so many bugs and why is it that always with new content of any kind comes bugs ranging from server kick to the quest pathway being constantly broken or no reward i would not have allowed the lack of quality control anyway i am not being nasty or insulting i just need some answers PLEASE

    You need to go to Sinye and buy from her Orb. Complete quest Sphere of Influence and all should be normal from now on.
