Some Rogue single atacks are not taking any dmg (randomly)

Since yesterday, many time when I hit the enemies nothing happens, it is randomly and I can only notice with single target atacks

    thought it was just me. flurry of blades will only hit once maybe twice. any specific attack that you've noticed?

    Gloaming cut sometimes has similar bug, especially on Mimics in LoMM when attacking them from front.

    Any single target, it started in mimics, since I was first time at there, keep happening.

    This happens quite often. The sound of the attack is made and the visual of the attack is made. but no damage marker and if you watch the log, the attack was never made, but if it was an encounter, then the encounter timer starts. so no attack but you still get the timer penalty. I have not had this happen on any daily yet, but on at wills and encounters...

    it also happens quite often on my warlock with curse bite (aoe)
