Master Expeditions: No unstable artifact?

It seems when I refined the decayed rune artifact, I did not get an unstable rune artifact?

Steps taken were:

Got the yellow quest from Sinye to collect 3 of every type of corrupted resonances..

Went to wyllowood to run a herioc to get the aformentioned essences.

Once I had them all, returned to sinye and restored the decayed rune artifact..

it said complete.. but I did not get an unstable rune artifact back in inventory.

an stuck at 10 resonances, with no way to refine them when I enter a master expedition..

Thus , progress is stuck. cannot ever get a runic etching while I am in this state.

Please help . :)

    Update:

    I am now getting resonances from the heriocs, but I have no way to Attune those resonances when I first enter the Master Expedition.

    I checked my key Tab in inventory. No restored runic artifact, no unstable runic artifact.

    @baeyorn key tab? you need to check Riches tab, the resonances are at the bottom with "other currencies". When you enter Master Expedition, you need to be party leader to place runes.

    UPDATE:

    no bug now. whatever was wrong reset itself with the Monday morning weekly reset.

    Have run a few 1-rune ME's. I am cornering the market on dropped bracers.. -- sigh --
