Our Alliance just tried Marauders at two different guild and it bombed just as it started with this both times:
[Error] "Stronghold Marauders" failed
This occurred tonight just before the emergency maint on 4/26. I am unsure if someone did/did not report via ticket.

it would be fantastic to have it working again in a way all the levels could run together and pull it off as we have been doing for years.. but a complete overhaul of this and dragonflight (&stronghold siege) is what is really needed.
interesting to note in the past how dragon flights will handle (almost) a full map with 40 players in most cases.
but marauders and shs become very lagged with anything more than about a dozen people on the sh map possibly about 20 being the limit for marauders.
hopefully the drawing board is out and they are going to do something with alliances, guilds and the stronghold sometime after this scaling business has settled down.
stronghold level cap raised, individual player spaces in the sh map?
some sort of merging with currencies and quests and masterworking tasks/maps/npc's in with the new undermountain component, seeing this is structurally now a part of the levelling routine of the games overall makeup . The alliances and guilds ,done right could tie all this in wonderfully with a complete chat system revamp and the right activities ( tunnels and undermountan portals around the sh to quest in perhaps?) successfully merged into the stronghold area.. even divide the stronghold up so it isn't so big .. chasm style with portals or with a chult/yawning portal/mantol-derith style map with locations within?
might solve some lag issues ..
just some food for thought.
Thanks
